Overview

The adidas Weight Vest has been specifically designed to distribute the weight evenly across the torso whilst also enabling the wearer to move freely. It also incorporates a wide Velcro® waist belt so that it can easily be worn over layers of training apparel.

The weight modules of the vest are removable meaning you can vary the load depending on the purpose of the training session. Suitable for both high and low-impact activity, the weighted vest is an easy way of adding intensity to both skeletal muscles and the demands upon the cardio respiratory system.
